| Rick and I began construction on C.R. Chicks at the end of August, 1992. We personally built the tables, booths, sailboats, beachchairs, partition walls, bar and soffit and did all of the tile work and painting. We extend the same care and dedication to our food. We prepare all of our sauces, bread, croutons, dressings, soups and accompaniments. We hope you enjoy our labor of love! |
