Customer Service Representative / Inside Sales Representative:

Respond to incoming calls pertaining to customer orders, item inquiries, and price quotes. Record and resolve problems pertaining to orders. Investigate back ordered merchandise and offer substitutes when available.

We are seeking an energetic, responsible, motivated Inside Sales Representative to work in our NEW Inside Sales Department. This position will involve outbound calling on assigned territories, including new accounts and targeted accounts. The Rep will be expected to obtain a working knowledge of Baer inventory and educate customers on products, leading to increased sales. Must be comfortable with a commission-based compensation package and willing to be accountable for sales and territory growth.

Qualifications:

• High School Education or equivalent experience
• Add, subtract, multiply, divide, unit of measure conversion
• Able to communicate with customers, vendors and other employees (both orally and in writing) in a professional and tactful manner
• PC literacy

• 2-3 years of Industrial Sales and/or distribution sales experience, preferably inside telesales within a call center environment
• Representatives must have a good phone personality
• College education


Outside Sales Representative:

We continually seek qualifies individuals for Outside Sales in all Trend Distributors, Inc. regions.

Qualifications:
Proven Outside Sales success in Industrial Materials.

General Warehouse:

We are always seeking talented candidates for general warehouse positions. Previous warehouse experience with forklift is preferred.

Qualifications:
Applicants must be dependable with a strong work ethic, positive attitude and be able to communicate in English.
